What are the Constellation Pro launch offers?
Until 31 October, Pro sign-ups earn 5% cash-back on the first $5,000 in bookings. That is $50 for every $1,000 of net booking value, excluding flights, capped at $5,000 net booking value.
Do you offer a free trial or money-back guarantee?
There is no free trial on Constellation. Pro includes 14-day money back on self-service setup only, until 31 October; assisted or custom setup is not covered. Elite and Enterprise sales are final. We are happy to run detailed demos before you buy.
Are Pathfndr's AI-powered products included in Constellation?
On Pro and Elite they are add-on subscriptions. Enterprise contracts can include them for bundled pricing, at management discretion.
What are the contract terms?
Pro plan has flexible annual terms. Elite and Enterprise plans require a minimum 2-year commitment to ensure proper onboarding and ROI realization.
Are there any setup fees?
No additional setup fees. Pro plan has instant setup. Elite includes setup in the annual fee. Enterprise setup is included in the custom pricing.
What's included in the training hours?
Training includes platform onboarding, feature walkthroughs, best practices, and ongoing support sessions with our experts.
Can I upgrade my plan during the contract?
Plan upgrades and downgrades are handled by our team. Request a change from the pricing page to email [email protected], we do not process plan changes online.
